Return & Exchange Policy

How do I make a return or exchange?
Simply send our Return Team an email at returns@sassimomma.com alerting us about your requested return, and we will send an authorization e-mail back to you.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Your refund will be processed in the original for of payment within 5-7 business days once your package is received. After the transaction has taken place, you will be notified by email listed on your account. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.
Returns are up to the discretion of Sassi Momma, and are accepted only if the item is in its original condition. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Returns can only be accepted by mail within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
