SHIPPING & HANDLING
Our shipping is a flat rate of $10 for the continental US. If an order is returned for refund or exchange, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to an error by Sassi Momma (for instance, wrong item/color).
It typically takes 24-48 hours to process and ship an order.
Backorder products are products that are currently out of stock, but available for advanced purchase on our site. A backorder product you order is shipped directly to you once it is in stock. You will be notified of the status of your backorder product via email. At that time, you will have the option to hold you place in line for the backordered product or cancel you order. NOTE: You will not be charged for a backordered product until it is in stock and ready to be shipped to you.
